Hi there! Start by trying a jump start. Rapid clicking is usually a low battery. The lights and starter solenoid only need 12 volts to work. The starter requires amperage to crank as it is a large electrical motor. I would try to jump start it, then if it starts have the battery and alternator tested. Most autozone locations will test these at no charge for you.
