It means that you have a your hvac system on a schedule, and you wanted to change the temp so it’s on a temporary hold until the next time the temp changes on the schedule, confus

So what we need to do is go into the setting and change the thermostat out programmable mode

My recommendation is to replace that thermostat with a non programmable one, it does not have to be expensive at all. It makes like easier
