Manufacturer reset on screen-lock Honeywell pro-series thermostat 1750 model

Contractor's Assistant: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?

Someone messed with it without consent code-locked removing batteries no affect lost owner's manual absolutely thermostat specific
