I'm receiving an error 33 on my new Bryant Furnace. I also get error 13 Furnace turns flames off and on, causing a booming noise

Contractor's Assistant: How old is the appliance? Have you gotten error messages before?

The appliance is 3 months old...and has been doing this since installed

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

No, I have a techician who has been working on it for six weeks

Both these codes have to do with "flame rollback" which is not right and unsafe. If the unit continues doing this eventually it will lockout and shut down. Recommend calling the installers back out and see if they can make an adjustment to the burner system and eliminate the roll back issue.

I have had the installers here nearly every day for the past five weeks. The errors continue, ultimately turning into a Error 13 then an error 34 Ignition lockout

It is possible that the unit has some defect that the installers can't correct, if the unit is under warranty you may have to call Bryant and have them send out an authorized warranty company.
