Hi I'm Brian and I'll be happy to help with this!

How long of a period of time did you notice the furnace flashing this code? Did you have a power failure before or during any of the noted times this code was flashing?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Furnace quit working overnight. Discovered code an hour ago troubleshooting. No power failure.

You don't have a clue I can tell. Never mind

Thanks for clarifying. The reason I ask is on that model furnace the flash code 1-2 is a blower run for 90 seconds after an interruption in power if there is a call for heat at that time. Could the filter panel possibly have come loose tripping the power safety panel interlock?

I assure you after nearly 40 years in HVAC that I am well versed in furnace diagnosis and repair. I just need to gather a little more information to be able to zero in on what the issue may be.
