Hello , I just change my boiler was a perlees 135,000 btu and my plumbing used a Williamson 105,000 btu and my house is 2 family I have baseman and 1 floor, 2 floor plus attic

but every 10 minutes after get off is turn on againg i want make sure we don't force the maching and my bill for gas is not coming high and I request my plumbing guy to put 2 ponps with speed and my old boiler before was off for 1 or 2 hours before turn on

Sounds like normal operation and like the boiler is big enough. You should be fine with the new boiler
