Hi! I have an error message on my furnace that says “primary/secondary limit switch open” and no heat in my house

Contractor's Assistant: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?

Checked the settings yes and don’t know about filters 😬

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

I don’t think I haves a choice, no money and it’s afyer hours

I will be happy to help. Lets start by looking near the burners for resstable limits.The red button in center will push in to reset.If that does not solve, we will go from here.You should have between 2 and 4 of these.If you can get me model on furnace I will provide exact location.

I am going to open this to other experts. IN an hour and 10 minutes we have gotten nowhere in helping you.Still do not even have the model on furnace so I can pull a manual and guide you specific to your furnace.
