I’ve just installed Honeywell T5 WiFi Thermostat, replacing a HW Chronotherm III but it isn’t working

Contractor's Assistant: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?

The other the chrono worked in same location

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

If this furnace is new enough we may get lucky and just have a small fuse blown in furnace. Can you remove the doors and post a pic here? Or tell me the furnace model number and I can direct if fuse and where

No problem I will forward to customer service...but your old will not work now either until you see if there is a fuse in the furnace for me or give a model number.
