Welcome to Just Answer, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you with your issue. If my initial response doesn’t answer your question then let me know and we can continue our conversation.

Given all you've replaced the only things left are a problem with the exhaust vent or possibly the switch vac tube connection at the draft assembly port is blocked

Actually removed flue pipe chimney and pipe are clear and I ran wire through port on inducer
HVAC Technician: Rick, HVAC Supervisor replied 2 months ago

Since this is an 80+ not a 90+ unit condensate back up wouldn't be an issue. I got nothing else.

I'm going to open this up to my colleagues so one of them can help. Please don't respond (even to acknowledge this post)until you get a response from us. If you respond first it will only delay your answer.

Original issue was code on board showing pressure switch. Changed switch worked for awhile. Draft inducer was really noisy changed that then was told circuit board might have short so changed that. Checked voltage at pressure switch I have 25 volts at switch then when draft inducer starts voltage drops out but code on board still flashes pressure switch
HVAC Technician: HvacmanSean, HVAC Technician replied 2 months ago
If your voltage is dropping at pressure swith then thats fine.Ok next step what diagnostic led are you going off. The new control board or old from control board before. They often change
