I wired my profusion...

I wired my profusion 5000 direct to a 30 double breaker. Red to one and black to other. White is to the ground bar. In the heater I ran black to L1, red to L2 and white to E, per the manual. I do not get a ***** *****ght when I turn knob to the right. Any suggestions

New unit, just installed

Contractor's Assistant: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?

No filters and built in thermostat

I​t sounds like the wiring is connected properly per the manual, however it does say to turn the thermostat know all the way clockwise to the high setting where the Yellow Power Indicator light will turn yellow, (perhaps it needs to start warming up before turning yellow)? These are very straight forward heaters and if you do not have a yellow indicator light, it is either not getting voltage across it or the bulb may be bad. Other than that it sounds like everything else was done correctly.
