Need a recommendation for a in slab propane heating unit for my garage/shop. water heater, boiler or tankless? I also need something to heat my water for the bathroom/sink out there if there is a affordable way to do a combination unit.I have a decently insulated 1700sq/ft garage with 6 loops of 275 feet of 1/2" pex spaced 1 ft apart. Garage will be at around 45-50 degrees all winter for the most part but I want to be able to bring it to 70 on some occasions. I live in Iowasee attached files for more specs

Welcome to Just Answer, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you with your issue. If my initial response doesn’t answer your question then let me know and we can continue our conversation.

Least expensive option would be a tankless gas water heater. See link below

https://www.lowes.com/pd/Rinnai-Super-High-Efficiency-7-5-GPM-160-BTU-Indoor-Liquid-Propane-Super-High-Efficiency-Tankless-Water-Heater/999959669

You can also use this for your sink. If the water isn't hot enough for the sink you'd have to install a tempering valve so the radiant floor doesn't get too hot. The other alternative is a combi-boiler which would cost about 5 times as much.
