Contractor's Assistant: Hi. How can I help?

I have a tcont803as32daa that is acting up. I can not adjust the temp down. It will go up just fine. I was reading from one of your other customers how to reoot this unit. I get to the 710 code but I cannot go to option 1. The up or down arrows do nothing. So there is my problem. The thermostat does everything but work.

Contractor's Assistant: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?

I think it is thermostat. I have it here on my desk and it acts the same way. Batteries have been replaced within the last hour.

Contractor's Assistant: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Hello I need a brand name to go with that model number, and a description so I know if its a boiler or a furnace etc.

Take a close up, exceedingly well focused photo of the wiring diagram glued inside the furnace/air handler door, and I will mark it up with trouble shooting instructions. Use the 'add files' link next to your send button to get the photo(s) to me.
