This is a question about our dehumidifier. Can you help me?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: We have a GL-DEH 50 pint dehumidifier and it has stopped working. The message says bucket is full, but we use a hose and there is nothing in the bucket. We have had it for about 7 years. Thoughts?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If I can. Not sure how much "work" there would be.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No. I just need to know if it has died or is it something easy to check
