I have an old maple chase 0960 with 4 wires, Red, Green, Blue, and White, NO Yellow. installing an ecobee3
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: furnace is running but fan is not working
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: it is blocked
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: my handyman came and did it and realized no cold air was coming out. so trying to fix it myself cuz it is steaming hot in our house and my baby won't be able to sleep like this
