JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: sorry the box i type into was obscured bbotton of the page
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: my first question is to get the model number of the thermostat i have

Russ here. Is this an American Standard thermostat. Russ

If you pull on front of thermostat it will come off and model number will be on back. If it is Trane or American Standard it will say TCont 9803,TCont850 or any other number withe TCont number. Russ
