Our system does not seem to turn on. We have cooling set to 72 and hime temperature is 87. We have changed batteries on unit and removed schedule hold. Compressor seems to be working
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: Where are the filters?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Unless it is simple then no.

1) It sounds like you have airflow indoors but it's just room temperature (warm) air, is that correct?

2) It sounds to me like the outdoor unit's fan is running but it's not really cooling, is the air coming out the top of the outdoor unit hot?
