Customer Question

Hi I have a new rheem 410a unit. It will not kick on and the thermostat reads it is 77 in the house but should be cooling to 70. How can I reset the unit?
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: I think it's the unit not the thermostat. Both are only 1 month old
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
