my thermostat has preset times that it holds the temp until. how do i get rid of it
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?

JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: HVAC is fine
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: It has "hold" times that are set and once that time hits the ac turns off and the house gets hot

Hello, most thermostats can be gently pried off of their wall mounted bases, when you have it off, turn it over and tell me the brand and model number on the thermostat, I will see if I can get the reprogramming manual for you.
