Hello I'm working on RTAC 4004 chiller I have external water set point alarm never had this alarm before
JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: Once or twice a month early morning and mid afternoon
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes I'm hvac contractor tech
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Not at this time. I know owner has lap top access is this something or set point on his end and not chiller

External water set point alarm should be your condensing water..... this is a liquid cooled chiller correct?
