My Honeywell thermostat is not blowing cool air but is set to
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: And seems to be blowing hot
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yah it was working fine earlier My stepdaughter had it set to not go belie Below 76 n my friend messed with it n now won't seem to cool
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The heat setting is set at 40 n never was n won't move at all I tried shutting the breaker on and off won't help Seems like it starts to blow cool but goes right back to hot

Ok the best thing to do is wipe the settings and reprogram it as it sound like your daughter' friend has change a setting somewhere.
