I bought my 5th honeywell controller L404F. They all have

I bought my 5th honeywell controller L404F. They all have lasted a week then started leaking from the diaphram assembly part. Am I doing something wrong? I put it on with the a wrench on the hexagon fitting.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: 6 months
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes. Its easy to install. I have done all of them over the last 15 years. They usually last 3-4 years. Never had this problem.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No.

What are your pressure settings? did to clean out the pipint between the boiler and the pressuretrol including the tapping into the boiler?

Commercial. Its on a Welden steam generator for curing blocks.

This is not typical. The only thing I can come up with is boiler water chemistry. It may be attacking the diaphragm
