Ramsond 37GW2 draws about 9 amps at 123.9v with no problem

Customer Question

Ramsond 37GW2 draws about 9 amps at 123.9v with no problem on HEAT mode. When switched to COOL, the amps start to climb from about 9.6 up to 25.7 amps at 125.5 volts when the CB trips over a period of about 10 minutes. The unit puts out heat on the HEAT mode and cool air in the COOL mode. If you reset the CB, the whole process starts over again until CB trip. What going on? Thanks, ***** *****
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Yes, on HEAT mode the unit will shut off when the high temp is reached. ON COOL mode, unit won't stay on long enough to reach cool temp. Filters on inside unit are clean.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes, with the help of a HVAC guy.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I guess that's it, unless you need other question.

Hello, click here please, this should be the manual for it

So far it sounds like the fan on the outside unit is not running in cooling mode.... let me know if that turn out to be the case or not, we can go from there

Getting parts for the Chinese built appliances can be difficult or impossible...I notice they do not provide a phone number to call either. The odds that one of the blower wheels shown by BTU (cooling capacity rating) alone will work. Their cooling capacity for that model is not listed that I am able to find. I will keep looking

Where did you get the 37GW2 model number exactly... so far its not checking
