Customer Question

Hi, I'm Nelson Feliciano and I've been woken up in the past two evenings with a loud metallic thud that sounds like it is coming from my heating unit
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: My heating unit is in our house's crawl space that is where I believe the sound is coming from
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: The heater is not even 8 years old I replaced the unit in 2009
