How do I reset furnace and get rid of faults so furnace will run, tried power on an off. Heat runs despite furnace only selected.
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I know furnancevgot too hot because too many dampers closed. Dampers now open. Furnace should be cold . Need to get rid of faults so furnance will restart. Even tried taking fuses out of outside heat pump.

Russ here. To clear those faults . Turn off power to furnace and outside unit. That will clear faults. Russ

I did that any other ideas?

Sorry about wait. Check furnace. Look thru small hole in blower door and see if the LED light is blinking code. If so count flashes for error code. This will tell us if the furnace is the problem. Russ
