Which product will best handle mold, pollen, allergens in SW

Customer Question

Which product will best handle mold, pollen, allergens in SW Florida homes (Honeywell's electronic Air Cleaner F300 or UV lamps) where SW FL homes do not have basements.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: There are minimal filters in current system when we bought the home recently and allergies are not handled with same satisfactorily.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: NO WAY!
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: AC system is in ceiling of garage with ductwork in attic (because there is no basement in FL home). System is a Trane XL20-i Comfort Link 11 with 3 returns and 18 supply vents. It also has a Honeywell DR-65 de-humdifier pumping outside air into the system to reduce Radon gas in home. Home has about 2,500 square feet serviced by system.

Russ here. For best results I use the Air Cleaner and UV light. Some Air Cleaners come with UV light built in. Russ

To choose between UV and Air Cleaner. The Air Cleaner works better if you keep it serviced. Russ
