The fan is not blowing out heat. Unit is heating up but fan appears to not be working.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: The thermostat? The settings show in a progressive light bar from low to high with three control buttons. Power on, auto, up and down arrows. filter is fine.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: unless there is a technician near Galveston, TX.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: not that I can think of.
