Thermostat clicks but no heat ... comfortsense 7000 series
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Just had this all checked in October by tech but let me see ... it's programmable thermostat but we don'the program it
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Thermostat is in auto mode schedule is off Heat is served at 70 but it's 67 in the house

Probably not a thermostat issue.Remove R and W wires and touch them together and see if heat comes on.If not thermostat is not the issue.
