My furnace is coming on for about 20 seconds and then

Customer Question

Hi, my furnace is coming on for about 20 seconds and then shutting off. I tried cleaning the sensor, but it didn't fix the issue... does this mean I have to replace the sensor, or could it be another issue?
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: I just replaced the filter yesterday
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If it's straight forward, yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: no that's all at this point
