I have a Breckwell Sonora P 23 pellet stove and when I use

Customer Question

I have a Breckwell Sonora P 23 pellet stove and when I use the thermostat mode the stove will not shut down like its supposed to sometimes, Not all the time. There is Nothing wrong with the thermostat itself. Could this be a circuit board Problem?

Hello, this could be a circuit board problem but is more likely the high temperature safety limit is tripping occasionally....that is resettable by cycling the power off and then back on as you have been doing by accident. A circuit board problem will generally not respond that way.

You had requested a phone call I ill submit an offer.
