I have hz 322 and one zone keep heating way over the desired temp.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: i found the cover off and two yellow wires from sensor on duct just hangi
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes,filter is almost new thermostat setitings ok
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Even if I set thermostat to off air handler keep running and blowing hot air

Russ here sorry you having problems. Sounds like you may have a stuck damper or bad damper motor. Dampers are made to either power open or power closed. They will either spring closed or spring open with no power. Yours may be spring open and not shutting down when thermostat is satisfied. Need to check the damper motor. If you can get to damper check to see if it has red and green light on damper. Red closed green open. Russ
