JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: thermostat stay at 61 degrees heat and will not change to 70 degrees
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: if somebody will call me to tell me how to reset
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: While I was away, a friend went to increase the heat when I returned to Tucson from Seattle and I do not know what she did.
