Customer Question

lit the pilot today but upon turing on the thermostat arm, it does not fire up. pilot remains on though
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: had no issues when i turned it off last spring. first time this happened. i did vacuum in and around the area. could that have caused the issue
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yeah if i can
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
