Inside fan motor will not turn off when weather is cold. It ran all night even though I turned the Tstat Off.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Started last night but has occurred before when weather gets cold.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: If possible. I am a mech engineer and have repaired it before.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: This has been a problem off and on for the last year or so when weather gets very cold.

Does the air appear to be warm or just room temp when it continues to run? May be a sequencer sticking in air handler. Look on air handler and give me complete model number and let me know if you have a volt meter for troubleshooting.
