I replaced the thermostat and the air works. we did not try the heat as it was in summer. New when we try to switch to heat the furnace does not come on
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: yes on both
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes, my son has same thremosat and he hooked it up
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: the wires from the unit are as follows there is a red, and a blue,a white and a green

Try moving white over to W on thermostat and let me know if that works.
