wow, did not expect this...ok...well....the red light is blinking and there is no heat
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: cleaned the flame sensors yes changed the filter
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: it is in correctly well trying what i can...they will come tomorrow
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: um, cleaned the sensor or igniter...the one that is at an angle then on the right side it, one that looks like a short file...that was corroded pretty good..white built up..the angle on on the left do not see a pilot light

Can you give me complete model from inside furnace in burner compartment so I can provide guidance with this specific unit.Model will be on a label just above burners on right or left inside panel

Then look in blower compartment and see if we have a control board with a blinking light.If so tell me the pattern of that flash.That will indicate what is wrong and tell us where to start troubleshooting.
