Customer Question

when the tstat calls for heat the 3 amp fuse on the circuit board blows. the cooling cycle is fine. What possibly causes thefuse to blow other than the need for new board which i have already ordered.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: if you disconnect the t'stat everything is cool. there are no filter problems
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: i get the 6 pulse signal telling me the fuse on the board is bad . Now i have to find out what is causing the fuse to blow.
