Installed a honeywell RTHL111. Turned on heat and put the set temp to 77 degrees. Room is still at 67 degress 3 hours later
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: How do I check the settings?

The thermostat just tells the furnace to turn on. If the furnace isn't working right you won't heat up your living space. What is the brand and model number of your furnace?

the furnace is heating the 2 zones on the lower floor. It is just not heating the one zone on the second floor. Gas fired furnace, Lennox Elite C33 - 43C-2F-3
