I have a trane tud080c furnace this morning the fuse on the

i have a trane tud080c furnace this morning the fuse on the board was blown i removed all the low voltae wires and went from r to w jumper wire blew new fuse most times i found the board to be bad so i went got new board and it still blows the fuse i checked the transformer it was 28 volts i got a new one still no good

So with all thermostat wires disconnected and just a jumper from R to W it blows?
