JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: I have a Goodman model GPG13480901AB I have a heating problem. On the inside of the house I am not getting heat. At the unit I hear it kick in and I heat it burn the fuel
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: I have check the thermostat and it does control the unit. The filter is only one and I have removed the old one
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

Customer: I believe that the neighbors cat and dog ran under my house where and maybe my duct work has been damage

Sounds very likely that ductwork is damaged or loose if you can hear the unit running and burning fuel, but get no air flow at vents.

If you turn to AC or just fan, do you get any air flow then?

OK if you get air through ducts in ac mode, we should get air in heat mode.If blower does not come on in heat mode burners should shut down and give us a limit error code.Is that happening?
