I have a honeywell smart valve sv9541 I think is malfunctioning.
Inducer kicks on, igniter starts then pilot ignites and then shuts off before burners can fire? This cycle will continue until I turn of the thermostat or power to furnace

Sounds like a flame sensing issue. Try carefully cleaning off the flame sensor in the pilot flame with fine sand paper. Most of these units have a hot surface igniter (HSI) that lights the pilot and a separate flame sensor "rod". Do not clean off the HSI
