Customer Question

I have this same model #. The gas heating unit (in a hall closet ) My problem is when I turn the thermostat on -- the fan comes on & blows out air -- but the air is not heat. The fan continues to "in gauge" as it cycles on & then off. But of course it will start up again because the room is not reaching the desired temperature because the unit is not blowing out "hot" air. Help --- what is my problem? Thanks........
