Can you give me complete model from inside furnace in burner compartment so I can provide guidance with this specific unit.Model will be on a label just above burners on right or left inside panel

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Right now I have the installation manual and it says (international comfort products) Tempstar N9MSB. If thats not enough then I have to crawl back into the crawlspace
Expert:  airheatman replied 9 months ago.

That is fine, but to do any troubleshooting it will be necessary to go back to unit

Customer: replied 9 months ago.

Does the vent inducer motor actually come on?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
The small fan kicks on...then the ignitor comes on and gas blows for about a min then the gas turns off and the fan runs for another min or so. This unit is only three years old and the company that did it went out of business
I have a couple pictures.

it comes on
Expert:  airheatman replied 9 months ago.

When you can go back down, lets try something and that will tell us if it is on the vacuum side or drain side. Remove hose from inducer and leave attached to switch. After inducer starts, suck on hose to close switch.Keep sucking.keeping a vacuum on switch.See if furnace will stay running. If so we need to concentrate on why we are not getting enough vacuum. If not concentrate on drain.

Ok... I just realized i can do this from my phone so i don't have to keep going up and down there.

Let me know if furnace will stay running while sucking on hose

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Is it safe to turn it on from the thermostat and then go down and control when it comes on from the safety switch on the other door?
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I'm trying to send a photo
Expert:  airheatman replied 9 months ago.

That one has a bit different set up. not sure which hose you would need to draw a vacuum on. I am going to open to other experts who may know.
