Customer Question

I have a Laser 73 kerosene heater in my cabin in PA. With the start of the heating season, I was unable to start the heater yesterday, it comes up with an "EE. 2 code. Any idea of my problem. I shut off the kerosene source every time I leave the cabin. Do you have any service technicians in the Northeast area of PA? I would appreciate any info you might have. The heater does a very efficient job of heating the cabin when its working. Thanks
