Customer Question

I had an Aprilaire thermostatinstalled last year. I wanted to change the settings. The battery went out. I changed the batteries but the screen will not light up so I can see the programmed stuff. What do I do?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Since Wednesday. I reconnected it to the wall and the heat is on, however, the scree will not light up. I want to see what the program is and possibly change it. I do not know the model. It is heat only. I think that cooling part is turned off.
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: I cannot get the screen to light up to check anything.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: What work? Yes, I want to change the program, maybe.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Um. no.

Do you know the model on the thermostat? It should be inside front cover.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I cannot find the model number. I have the front part where would it be located?
Expert:  airheatman replied 11 months ago.

Either on back side of front cover or on sub base
