My waterflow light is blinking on my geothermal

my waterflow light is blinking on my geothermal water-furnace
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: yes
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: maybe
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I changed my water pre filter, upsized my water tank, and changed the check valve on the water exiting the unit.

Customer: unit is still heating but waterflow light blinks. I can reset the unit and it goes off but eventually returns in about half an hour
