Customer Question

I have an EdenPURE Gen 2 Model A5095. I turned it on for the first time this season and it tripped the circuit breaker twice w/in about 10 mins. I used it all last winter w/o any issues. Any idea what's wrong? (The # of other devices plugged into the circuit was the same today as last winter.)
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Just today. It worked fine last winter and it hasn't been cold enough to turn it on this yr until now. (I'm in AL.)
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes. Not sure what the problem is though.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No, I don't think so

Most likely one of the tubes is shorted. To test it you will need to disassemble the unit.
