my thermostat has stopped working and5t will not go above 65. I am unable to raise the temperature. where can I find the model number?
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: the thermostat. the unit goes on up to 65 but shuts off abovethat.
