I have this oil burner. ROBC-112-QBGA. The A/C mode works

Customer Question

I have this oil burner. ROBC-112-QBGA. The A/C mode works fine. The oil burner fires up, but goes out on high limit without the fan ever coming on. The fan works in "ON" mode but not "AUTO" I have changed the fan relay, but still no luck. Any idea of what's wrong?

Do you have a volt meter to see if we get power to fan after burners light?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I had a relay BC-44A8-FA-NLC mounted on the squirrel cage. It was getting voltage, but no fan. I replaced that with no difference.

At this point I am fine with hiring someone to fix it.

Is there a local company that is good?

I am in south ALabama, but the best bet is to go to the website below and enter your zip code to locate a Rheem Dealer who will be familiar with the furnace.
