Hi, i have an rth2300 honeywell thermostat and im trying to hook it up to a new englander pellet stove
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?

Customer: yes, I've already started I removed the jumper and replace it with a red and white wire
