I have a Panasonic CU-E24FKR air con. When I try to start it

Customer Question

Hi, my name is Shane.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: I have a Panasonic CU-E24FKR air con. When I try to start it the timer light is flashing, I cleaned the filters, reset at the remote and restarted the air con. It ran for about 3-4 minutes then cut out again, timer light flashing. Could you tell me what the issue could be please?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Where is the thermostat. I have cleaned the filters.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Not sure, I am an electrician.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Not that I can think of, the air does not seem to be very cold, I had it set on 20 degrees.

sounds like it may be a problem with the circuit board. Has any numbers popped up on the unit or have you tried counting the amount of times the light blinks?
